Kompetensvy is a Swedish web-based system that gathers every employee's certificates, training and authorisations in one place, with automatic reminders before anything expires. It is used by industrial companies like Hitachi Energy, ABB and Metso, where documentation has to hold up when the audit comes.

Oh My gave Kompetensvy a new brand built on the position of the experienced challenger: safe and proven, but brave and modern, and genuinely nice to deal with. The most important person to reach is the HR or HSEQ manager, who is expected to have full control of every certificate in a reality that keeps changing, often with spreadsheets and email threads as the only tools. The core message became Äntligen koll på riktigt, finally real control.
My role & the goal
The brand, tone of voice and strategy were set by my colleagues. I carried it into the website as UX and UI designer, in close collaboration with the project’s art director to bring the whole feeling together. My focus was the structure and content hierarchy, with one clear purpose: to drive conversion.
Built to convert
Every page follows the same logic: recognise the problem, see how simple the solution is, trust the people behind it, then act. A calculator lets visitors see what the tool is worth for their own organisation, and clear CTA blocks return throughout the site, all leading to the same next step: booking a demo.
Illustrations that guide the eye
The brand’s hand-drawn illustrations, with their bright yellow spotlight, are placed strategically rather than decoratively. They show up where attention matters most, next to key messages and calls to action, and give an otherwise administrative subject some warmth and a glint in the eye.
